Giants Super Bowl XXI MVP Phil Simms, and his broadcast partner, Jim Nantz, host the selection of 12 players and one coach who best represent the qualities of Iron Men and Difference Makers. The All-Iron Team will consist of 12 players who made a difference in their team's winning or losing a championship, as well as how the game is played today by redefining their position, turning around a franchise and raising a city's hopes, and making a difference in their community by helping the less fortunate.”
